We are pleased to announce the acquisition of RBC Agri Ltd...

It is with great pleasure that Dugdale Nutrition announces the acquisition of RBC Agri Ltd.

From a chance phone call 6 years ago, to now owning the entire share capital of RBC, this is a relationship that has moved fast and shows the intrinsic trust between both parties. The RBC way of doing business aligns perfectly with the DN mission of delivering outstanding People, Products, Performance and Partnerships.

We are delighted to welcome Russell, Bede, Rob, Kevin and Sarah to the wider Dugdale Nutrition Team, and we look forward to utilising their expertise to further grow the already successful RBC name.

It would be remiss not to take a moment to mention the C of RBC, Mr Chris Lyth, who sadly passed away last year. As Chris was involved in the original discussions between DN and RBC, we all have a duty to continue Chris’ legacy within our new arrangement and hope he would be proud of the journey we are embarking on.

There are no immediate business changes for both DN and RBC as we spend time identifying the opportunities that are provided to both parties.

From a DN perspective we are delighted to be able to offer a grass seed range, all SFI mixtures and other small seed, blended to the highest of standards and from the best quality sources. This aligns perfectly with our principles when sourcing, manufacturing and delivering feed. The acquisition also cements our presence in Yorkshire with a customer base we are familiar with and also a manufacturing and storage facility at Stokesley.

For RBC customers we hope that this move secures the long-term relationship with RBC at the same time expanding the range of Products and Services available through the association with Dugdale Nutrition.

If anyone has any questions or concerns over the new venture then we would be pleased to address them.
