Following the completion and commissioning of planned downtime at Bellman Mill at the end of June, we now have a new replacement drag conveyor - Tech: Drag Chain & Flight Conveyor 28.5m long; 65tph; routed to sieve prior to loading onto vehicle.
And a replacement extended Weighbridge installed - Tech: Weight of construction 15.3tonnes; Size 16m x 3m; Capacity 50,000kg x20kg with digital indicator and interface to auto capture weights on Mill software.
Both the Conveyor and Weighbridge replaced were Dugdale Nutrition's originals! Both had been updated and repaired over the years, but due to changes in technology and bigger vehicles, now was the time to fully update both pieces of essential equipment.
