Dugdale Nutrition are proud to announce these employee recognition awards are going to Naomi Barnes and Katie Giles. Naomi is our Formulations & Quality Manager and Katie is our Assistant Formulator, both are based at Bellman Mill, Clitheroe. They have been nominated to receive these awards by our Operations Director - Matthew Tickle, which was then confirmed by the senior management team at their latest meeting, for going above and beyond!
"Naomi and Katie have been awarded these Employee Recognition Awards for their hard work and commitment during a very testing and unpredictable Spring and Summer period. This meant they literally had to fit 6 weeks worth of work into 2 weeks, working all hours, day and night, alongside their other day to day duties! A truly heroic effort! They make a great team, and are a pleasure to work with."
