Main Purpose …

To undertake the daily production responsibilities of the Clitheroe site as part of a small but dedicated team within a 4 on 4 off shift system, alternating days, and nights. As part of this production team, efficiency and commitment to complete daily targets and maintain a good standard of housekeeping are a priority. Work collaboratively with the Production Manager on medium term plans so that you can cover holidays and you are able to implement any changes to process with the production staff through a thorough understanding of why the changes may have come about.
